BIG DEUCE


If Revell had presented the latest issue like THIS, I would have wanted one badly! Now I have to hope I get lucky one day to buy the original just to build it RIGHT! from instructions submitted by Don Horneff.
Looks like I will wish in one hand and .... to get these too! 1/8 scale takes a lot of shelf space, but when they look this cool, I don't care! Long live old school!

This blog reminds me of the many cars, airplane, boats and ships I built as a much younger man. Once I fully retire, I think I will once again begin building models. There is a store in Watervliet Michigan that specializes in old models. They run the country looking for unbuilt models, check contents and sell them. Great place to tour. Trains are their specialty, too. All kinds of trains. If I get an address or email address, I will let you know. Mustang Mike

Mike, thank you for the link! He does have a lot of trains and models, cool shop! You should get into building models NOW....so when you are fully retired you will be ahead of the game buddy! Thanks for stopping by!
