Good News

The best news I had all year was to find out that my friend Dave Charlton was not REALLY dead! Yeah, long story but he was announced "dead" almost two years ago. I can't tell you how strange it was to catch up on times with him. "When you died, so and so did this or this happened".....When you died? WTF....so WIERD! Dave inspired the hell out of me with his awesome vintage box art builds. He also did some very cool gassers and more. This stuff will always reside in my mind while building old school hot rods and drag cars.

Some companies never stopped making the same parts since the 1950s or 1960s. Some new companies popped up and took over where others left off. It's just a nice feeling to know we can still buy the best looking parts and build REAL hot rods today! Sorry tuner guys....you just don't know what you are missing.

I am really looking forward to next year! This was the best car show I had been to in my life and I have been to LOTS. I saw this coupe at the run what ya brung drags, but got only one photo of it. I found more on the internet, what a SWEET ASS ROD!
